COVID-19 UPDATE: As recommended by the CDC, masks are recommended by anyone NOT VACCINATED entering the studio and social distancing is highly encouraged.
North Houston Studio is following these enhanced procedures to prevent the spread of COVID-19:
Cancellation/Rescheduling
We realize that sometimes things come up and you may have to reschedule or cancel your booked studio session. Cancellations and reschedules are subject to the following charges:

North Houston Studio is following these enhanced procedures to prevent the spread of COVID-19:
- Additional time included between appointments to prevent client contact with each other.
- Any furniture and/or equipment used during a rental will be sterilized between rentals.
- All surfaces will be wiped thoroughly with disinfectant before and after each client. Including but not limited to: door knobs, light switches, tabletops and floors.
- Each client is encouraged to wash hands or use sanitizer upon arrival.
Cancellation/Rescheduling
We realize that sometimes things come up and you may have to reschedule or cancel your booked studio session. Cancellations and reschedules are subject to the following charges:
- Photography/Videography rentals: No refund. 30 day reschedule permitted if reschedule is requested with written notice via email at least 2 days prior to your scheduled session. Reschedule fees may apply.
- Event rentals- Deposit (50% of the total venue rental invoice) is non-refundable. Fees for reschedules less than 30 days from reservation vary. No refund is given if event is happening in less than 30 days and client desires to cancel.

How do I get access to the studio?
A studio coordinator from the North Houston Studio staff will be available to let you in the studio.
When does my time start for my session?
All rental sessions are pre-booked. Your booked time includes set-up and break-down. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period. Overtime will be billed at $40-$250 Per Hour. There is a 10-minute grace period, after which, overtime fees will begin to be charged.
Can I bring props?
Sure! Props are more than welcome. North Houston Studio is not responsible for any damaged or stolen props. Glitter, confetti, and sand are not permitted in the studio.
Is smoking allowed in the studio?
No. Smoking, vapes, and illegal narcotics are prohibited in the studio.
Can I use candles during my session?
The use of fire is prohibited. Allowance for birthday candles will be given on a case-by-case bases.
Can I book the studio for sessions containing nudity?
Yes. All session reservations are completely reserved for your use only for the allotted time frame.
Can I bring a pet?
No pets are allowed in the studio at any time.
How many people can the studio host for my event?
We can comfortably accommodate up to 150 people during your event in Studio 300 and up to 100 people in Studio 19.

What is your rental policy at North Houston Studio?
North Houston Studio rents its facility, including limited equipment, to its customers with the understanding that in no event shall North Houston Studio, its owners, agents, employees, affiliated independent contractors, management, bookers, or any other related personnel, the company and any of its subsidiaries be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage due to the use of this building, facility or equipment used by its customers and/or visitors.
What is your cleaning policy after events?
We ask all Renters to put all trash in the waste bins provided by North Houston Studio. Renters should remove all décor, food, trash, and additional items brought prior to their rental time ending. Failure to do so may result in additional fees. As a courtesy, North Houston Studio staff will sweep, mop, and take all trash to the dumpster.
