DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• This work hours are for Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays​
• Reports to Studio Lead & Admin Assistant
• You choose you shift
• Must live within a 25 mile radius of 77032
• Open and close studios
• Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
• Assist with studio events & rentals (corporate events, baby showers, weddings, & etc.)

• Maintain studio cleanliness
• Capture BTS for social media posts​

STUDIO LEAD

10-20HRS PER WEEK

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Must be 21+ years of age as this position may directly handle alcohol.
• Requires at least 3 years experience in customer service and 1-2 year(s) managing hourly and/or salaried employees.
• 6+ months experience as a NHS Studio Assistant or Coordinator preferred
• Studio or venue experience preferred 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• MUST work Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays​
• Direct report to Owner
• Maintain monthly supplies inventory & quarterly full inventory
• Provide leadership, direction and support for studio coordinators to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Ensures information is communicated in a clear, comprehensive manner.
• Make bi-weekly studio inspection visits to all studios to ensure the team is performing to protocol and addressing concerns promptly.
• Make scheduling recommendations & job assignments when and where necessary, as well as maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Semi -On Call with minimum 48hrs notice
• Must live within a 25 mile radius of 77032
• Open and close studios
• Set-up and break down of photography equipment for rentals
• Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
• Assist with studio events (corporate events, baby showers, weddings, & etc.)
• Maintain studio cleanliness
• Capture BTS for social media posts​
• Responsive to phone calls & emails
• Able to meet deadlines
• All other duties as assigned.
