Please use this form to sign-in for your event up to 72hrs prior to your event date and time. This form must be completed by the name of the renter on the invoice.

OUR CLEAN-UP POLICYWe ask all Renters to put all trash in the waste bins provided by North Houston Studio. Renters should remove all décor, food, trash, and additional items brought prior to their rental time ending. Failure to do so may result in additional fees. As a courtesy, North Houston Studio staff will sweep, mop, and take all trash to the dumpster.

*On-site coordinators assist with set-up/breaking down tables and chairs owned by North Houston Studio. All other decor and set-up needs will be provided by your team and event planner.
** DJ are required to bring their own table(s). Our tables are not equipped to hold the weight of DJ equipment and therefore cannot be used for DJ tables.
*Only TABC licensed bartenders are allowed behind the bar or with the open alcohol station.
**While flower petals and balloons are permitted, the customer is required to sweep up all flower petals and popped ballons on the floor to avoid an additional cleaning fee.
